Internal to Great Britain: First Class, or Second Class delivery at 'Printed Material' rate, plus package, handling,VAT.

Outside the UK: Air Mail or Surface delivery at European rate, + p.h., VAT., or ( outside UK or Europe ), 'Rest of World' rates + p.h. ( no VAT ). Options and prices are displayed in the purchase process.

Surface mail delivery times are in weeks, Internal or Air Mail deliveries are within days. All shipping time scales are figured from the day the goods are dispatched. Payment must be cleared for goods to be sent.

Goods are automatically covered against loss or damage up to the value of £32 at no extra insurance cost.

The Royal Mail advises, for Surface Mail times:

In the UK and Western Europe allow 2-3 weeks to receive your purchase.
In Eastern Europe allow up to 5 weeks for delivery
In North America allow up to 6 weeks for delivery ( although usually no more than 2 or 3 )
In South America, Africa, Asia allow up to 8 weeks
In Australasia allow up to 8 weeks

Air Mail should arrive as per regular period for post delivery in your country, roughly within 5 days to 2 weeks.

Prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard cylinders. [ Normally, up to 3 prints can be shipped within the one cylinder to cut costs. ]

Note: Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be subject to duty charges levied in their own countries; if this applies it is the customer's responsibility to clear the matter with Customs for any duty owed.

Customers may return products within 14 days of arrival for a full refund; if due to damage in transit the products must be returned in the original packaging for this to apply. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs outside the UK, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
